Our Savior Youth Ministries

Message from the Chairperson

The Our Savior Lutheran Church of Orlando would like to welcome all those who desire to be a part of what God is doing for our youth.  It is our belief that God has a purpose for our life and the word of God tells us that no one is too young to serve God (Jeremiah 1:6).

Jeremiah said to the Lord, “I do not know how to speak; I am only a child.” But the Lord said to him, “Do not say I am only a child.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you.” It is God desires that no one should perish but everyone shall be saved.  Our Youth have been commissioned by God to go and share their faith with everyone who do not know Jesus. 

Please pray for the youth ministries that God will use us mightily as we attempt to T.O.U.C.H. lives for Eternity through service and outreach in our community. Monthly Youth Activities

Junior Youth Bible Study
Every Wednesday: 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
This ministry is for kids in grades 1 thru 7 to gather with each other in Christ centered, fun-filled fellowship. Our goal is to teach our youth to use their time and talents in Christian service and leadership.

Teen Youth Bible Study
Every Wednesday: 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
This ministry is for teenagers in grades 8 thru 12 to gather with each other in Christ centered, fun-filled fellowship. Our goal is to teach our youth to use their time and talents in Christian service through leadership and study..

Men of Promise
Men of All Ages
This is a men’s ministry that is geared towards uniting adult and young men of the church. Men of Promise come together to fellowship, pray and talk about things on their heart.

Girls Nite Out
High school girls and young ladies only, meet once a month

Youth Mission Statement
The youth ministry of Our Savior believe by sharing our faith with others through service and outreach that the power of the holy spirit will bring unbelievers into a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Youth Prayer
"I pray, precious savior, remember not the sins of my youth, blot them out with thy holy, precious blood.  Lord, give me the strength to follow you as the role mode of my life. Help me to turn away from all evil, wicked companionships, and youthful lust and at all times follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience and humbleness.  May you lord be a constant guide, may the holy spirit lead me, that I may never stray from the path, which you have, chose for me. Amen."
